Naw man, its an idea that is simple enough that it could have been independently thought of by many people throughout history. Even the ancients. I think nah it is superior compare to hers. Example Akainu's power is superior to Ace since ace is fire while Akainu is a magma. Just like Aokiji and Monet they are both ice but Aokiji's power is much superior than hers. My point is there may be similarities in fruits but there is superior compared to the other one which makes them different.
